Poor on boarding. I was hired, then was never given any direction or communication from Director. Did not receive basic tools needed for the job, until 2 months in. Worked in an area away from main office, so we did not get any response for issues in stores. Basic store needs neglected, so we could not be brand compliant. Issues with pay, so my employees constantly where either paid wrong or missed pay. Wrong information lead to incorrect chargebacks that took money from my employees. Very poor support from anyone in higher management. Did not receive any visits, or guidance for the entire 5 months I was employed. The first time they finally came to my area, they came to fire me. This was after never receiving any kind of performance review or disciplinary action. I had increased the performance from the area dramatically, while doing it all on my own. Then was told I was being let go out of the blue, with no reason given. I had never been terminated in my retail career. Probably the most unprofessional thing that had happened to me in my 15 year retail career. I don’t normally leave reviews for companies, but this one truly takes the cake. Poor ownership, and poor leadership, it is not a surprise that turnover is as bad as it is for this company.
