      Pros

      Great brand. Leadership exposure. Generally a more positive atmosphere than most CPGs. Flexible in office schedule.

      Cons

      Base salaries are well below the average. Stifled innovation - R&D is generally unwilling to take the brand beyond almonds and chocolate, or to new occasions. Still navigating a founder led atmosphere vs Mars led atmosphere.
