Poor treatment and lack of transparency for employees - Profile Manager KIND Employee Review

I would not recommend joining this company due to my disappointing experience. Employees are expected to complete their work sincerely, but when it comes to salary payment, the company suddenly raises concerns about performance and terminates employees without proper justification. Additionally, when employees ask about their pending salary, false allegations are made against them, and communication is often blocked instead of resolving the issue professionally. There is a serious lack of transparency, professionalism, and fair treatment of employees within the organization.
