KIND Response
7yWe are disappointed to read your review. What you’ve shared doesn’t represent what we are working to build here at KIND. We want our team to voice their opinions – this type of transparency is a core value for KIND and one that we celebrate and encourage. We would have preferred to discuss this with you directly, but since we likely won’t get that opportunity, we wanted to address some of your comments here:
• Our workplace flexibility guidelines empower team members and managers to work together on solving work/life balance issues, and this is something we continue to evolve. However, nobody is walking around with a clipboard! We also have added chat/video conferencing technology onto all laptops, which makes it easier for the team to communicate from anywhere.
• Our ambitious goal of becoming the foremost health and wellness leader has led us to engage a global partner that could help us accelerate our international business. This partnership with Mars is a very exciting one and means we’ll be able to bring KIND to more people worldwide.
Know that our door is still open to provide more information about your experience. And at the very least, we hope you discussed your experience directly with your manager, department head or Daniel before parting ways. – KIND HR
