Pros
Good Ambience. Transportation is free. HR engaging activities. Not much restrictions compared to other MNCs. Finland people are nice to talk with. Team outings twice a year. Less work load compared to other companies.
Cons
Package is very very Low! One of the leading Elevator manufacturers in the world yet the salary is not upto their mark. I don't know when did they revised the salary. For freshers, they will get paid lesser than other companies with 3 years of bond! Worst Management & senior persons. Seniors who are working for more than 8 or 10 years don't encourage newly joined persons and they don't value our opinion which might end up with unwanted quarrel. Routine work. No growth here. The tools and product knowledge are not even considered outside KONE.
