      Pros

      The company is very progressive as far as employee benefits and perks, especially for a large construction adjacent company. Good PTO, very competitive benefits package, and people are committed to the good of the company and look out for one another.

      Cons

      Has had some challenges in the past year trying to right size the organization to the business needs. Still a lot of progress to go as far as processes, but leadership is open to making improvements.

      Pros

      The benefits were great although expensive. Lots of flexibility with your schedule for appointments. 2 days in office 3 days work from home. Good PTO and 401k was great.

      Cons

      There are a lot of great reasons to work for Kone but overall the environment isn't great. Management has their favorites so the employees that aren't within that circle are treated poorly to the point of quitting.
