Poor Management - Civil Designer KPFF Employee Review

- Incredibly poor management - No training for new employees - Work is not reviewed by managers for months at a time - Management does not communicate well in any aspect. Not accessible, no employee feedback, doesn’t follow through on action items - Poor workload distribution. Some people have no work for prolonged periods and some have way too much - Detached culture, can go weeks without speaking to some coworkers even in a tiny office - Not many opportunities for career advancement
