      A wealth of knowledge is gained in just a short period.

      Can be high level stress especially during deadlines. They do try to manage this with weekly check in's.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance, very kind employee and leadership base, ability to guide and control your own career. Great autonomy but support when needed.

      Cons

      If you're on the business support side, you will not be given the same growth opportunities. If you advocate for it, some cross-training or certifications are available, but not much else. Pay is extremely below market standard.
