You can start ineracting with clients quickly in your career if you can show good communication skills. Performance is recognized and rewarded. Great social atmosphere, easy to get to know people. Management is somewhat flexible with schedule needs.
Cons
You have to be self-motivated to learn, research, and seek out help when needed. There's some overtime needed for deadline pushes.
