      Job can be as easy or hard as you make it. You can take on extra work if you want to work overtime (with prior approval) and your overtime is paid out 1:1.

      Cons

      Lots of gossip in the office.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance, very kind employee and leadership base, ability to guide and control your own career. Great autonomy but support when needed.

      Cons

      If you're on the business support side, you will not be given the same growth opportunities. If you advocate for it, some cross-training or certifications are available, but not much else. Pay is extremely below market standard.
