      Pros

      Wide range of people with different skill sets and from different backgrounds. Great opportunity to learn and grow as a young engineer, and employees are empowered to take on as much responsibility as desired.

      Cons

      Pay is consistently lower than industry average. Benefits and retirement package are average. Great place to start a career but not recommended long term if you're looking to be adequately compensated.

      Sometimes they are slow to make changes, but I see that they are trying to make changes.

      Very intense, but left having learned a lot.

      Had to initiate conversations and mentorship sessions on my own. I wish there was more individualized attention.
