      there are no pro's at all

      Cons

      Extremely long hours, principle engineer has serious anger issues, habit of throwing blame, and an ego as big as the company. They hire recent graduates at below average pay and work them to the ground until they break.

      Sometimes they are slow to make changes, but I see that they are trying to make changes.

      Very intense, but left having learned a lot.

      Cons

      Had to initiate conversations and mentorship sessions on my own. I wish there was more individualized attention.
