      Learn a lot as an entry level where other companies would start you off with menial tasks, but KPFF doesn't. Has a very social culture

      Cons

      A lot of overtime hours for a low salary.

      Sometimes they are slow to make changes, but I see that they are trying to make changes.

      Very intense, but left having learned a lot.

      Cons

      Had to initiate conversations and mentorship sessions on my own. I wish there was more individualized attention.
