      Pros

      Relationship-focused mentality, great place for people who are both technically strong and client centered. Ownership in each office lends itself to quick decision making and there is support if you want to try something new. Great projects, great people.

      Very intense, but left having learned a lot.

      Had to initiate conversations and mentorship sessions on my own. I wish there was more individualized attention.
