Pros
Smart people who are down to earth and fun to work with across all levels. Many employees respect the support staff. Made a lot of friends while working there. Fun office events OK benefits Great place to start out and gain experience if you don't have any Pretty relaxed environment if you're looking for just a day job and aren't concerned with career growth
Cons
Very little room for advancement or recognition for added responsibility and achievements on the admin team. A few frustrating senior level employees who forget you're a human (feels a little old boys club) Pay is low and raises are a joke
