      Pros

      Lot of room to grow personally and professionally. The people their are great. A wide variety of projects to work on.

      Cons

      To much work and not enough staff. Have to be self sufficient and really capable of learning things on the fly, because of the work load everyone is stretched real thin.

      Sometimes they are slow to make changes, but I see that they are trying to make changes.

      Very intense, but left having learned a lot.

      Cons

      Had to initiate conversations and mentorship sessions on my own. I wish there was more individualized attention.
