      I love the people I work with, not just on my team but throughout the company.

      Cons

      My commute to the city takes an unfavorable amount of time, but I don't mind the train.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance, very kind employee and leadership base, ability to guide and control your own career. Great autonomy but support when needed.

      Cons

      If you're on the business support side, you will not be given the same growth opportunities. If you advocate for it, some cross-training or certifications are available, but not much else. Pay is extremely below market standard.
