      Pros

      Great workplace to gain a ton of exposure to unique engineering challenges. Every engineer there is highly skilled, so it's a great place to learn from your co-workers

      Cons

      They are consultants, so at times, work load can be overwhelming, or conversely, too slow.

      Very intense, but left having learned a lot.

      Had to initiate conversations and mentorship sessions on my own. I wish there was more individualized attention.
