Pros
The pay and the knowledge of the how to survey is there but its not relayed to any one at all.
Cons
The guys don't communicate very well. They don't ask you to go out of town, you just get an email saying you have a hotel conformation. They tell you to work harder but they don't tell what you need to work harder at and the crew chiefs don't talk to you really. THEY JUST DONT COMMU IRATE AT ALL!!!!
