Pros
The company has a great culture, and most of the staff are young. They listen to feedback and have grown a lot since I started. You learn a lot quickly. They have now set up a system for how bonuses work and raises work.
Cons
The company has a flat structure, so you need to speak up for yourself or you might get burned out or miss out on opportunities. Your experience really depends on the team you are in. Since there are CAD drafters, you’ll need to plan your deadlines around them and if you don’t know CAD, you’ll have to rely on them staying late if they are willing. This puts engineer/PM in an awkward position.
