Cons
- Hiring out vs promotion internally
- End of Year Compensation is a bell curve (Inflation has been INSANELY higher then salary increase. Upper management hoards all the money and distributes a very small amount to the TOP Performers, I mean 3 to 4 associates, 3 to 4 senior associates, and the rest are left with around 0-2% raises with no promotion) This createst a dog eat dog mentality, which CONTRADICTS the For the Better pillar they speak about.
- Consulting ISNT problem solving, its making clients happy and most of the time upper management has absolutely no clue how to direct clients effectively, leading to countless pointless work for associate/senior associates/managers.
