As it relates to your comments on resource allocation and project demands, we, like many other organizations across North America unfortunately experienced higher than normal turnover as part of the "Great Resignation" while economies rebounded from the COVID-19 pandemic and organizations began to aggressively ramp up there hiring efforts. However, we have had incredible success continuing to hire and grow our company - just this quarter alone we have hired over 60 full-time resources and are working to fill many more positions that have been added to budgets as part of the company's aggressive growth efforts. We hope that these efforts will continue to help our team members to feel supported and that their workload is manageable.
