Pros
I work at the Kuka UK Wednesbury site and have for about 8 months now. It's a really friendly and supportive atmosphere and people are always willing to help if you need it. Management genuinely seem to care about the well being of all their staff and that means a lot to me.
Cons
We're growing rapidly so it seems we're often short of resource, but to be honest that's a better problem to have than the other way around.
