- Full service firm lots of diverse professionals across many industries within the firm - You get rotated on various & interesting projects/cases - High level expertise across many industries - Can have great working relationships & collaboration if the effort is made - Real smart people
Cons
- Pecking order issue - Lack of communication to non-lawyer professionals that sets up long hours - Poor time management. Good legal assistants have to be in the driver's seat - Legal is 24/7 business & not for those who want predictable routine
