      Pros

      Some of the people were pretty good.

      Cons

      50 plus hours a week in four days. Would put people in leadership role who had no people skills. Only 2 of the 4 supervisors actually did their jobs.

      Pros

      The hours are there if you're a person that likes overtime, overtime has never been mandatory so you have work life balance

      Cons

      Not climate controlled very hot in the summer and freezing in the winter
