      Pros

      Can't think of any besides making an entry on your resume.

      Cons

      Work mon thru Sat. 9 hr days. Points given no matter circumstances if you need a day off. No communication. Upper management does not want to hear your ideas or suggestions to make things better. Get rid of the H.R. who does not do her job. Horrible insurance

      Pros

      The hours are there if you're a person that likes overtime, overtime has never been mandatory so you have work life balance

      Cons

      Not climate controlled very hot in the summer and freezing in the winter
