Pros
KeyW has created a great fun atmosphere to grow your skills and career. They provide a great environment for Work/Life balance which enables you to really flourish in your career. The leadership starting with the CEO is outstanding and I would highly recommend KeyW as your employer. I will say that it's not a perfect place but then again no place is because you will always have not so good intention people with every company.
Cons
There's honestly not anything I can say other than no place is perfect and KeyW is no different however it's a great environment to work and grow.
