Pros
Fantastic benefits package. Haven't gotten annoying with corporate pep-rallying and "stongly-encouraged" networking-for-networking's sake and seem to care a lot about keeping employees happy and therefore more motivated and productive.
Cons
General irritations that go along with being a cleared government contractor. Not a lot of personal interaction/attention from management which can be good (little to no micromanaging) or bad (harder to get audience to address individual issues).
