-Flexible Schedule -Incredible co-workers, most other coworkers are like-minded, work-hard play-hard mentality. -Best sales training from experienced managers who push you and get the best from you - best in class job security - best products on the market, almost always have advantage on competition so not always that hard to sell
Cons
-expectations -territories, you can't decide where you are stationed. Some parts of the country will not match with your personality or provide you the sales/commission as better territories -Commission is indirectly capped. No matter how much you sell, they will raise your goal and adjust commission even with promotions. Max is $250k and under
