Pros
Keyence is a very fair company, giving fair opportunities to everyone including new/younger starters. Everybody starts from the same level as a sales engineer. The more successful, the quicker you get promoted. If you are successful at sales, you are recognised and you are rewarded.
Cons
On the other hand, if you prefer to be lazy and you are not successful, unfortunately you won’t be rewarded. so, on this aspect, this sales job is not suited to everybody. Only if you are willing to put some efforts, then you will be ok.
