      Pay decent but not worth it

      Cons

      They hire "boys club" guys. Have heard awful conversations and no one seems to care. Not women friendly and less than 10% of their sales is comprised of women which is a huge red flag. Management unwilling to listen to their people and lots of people leaving for competitors such as Cognex.

      Pros

      Great training program, and good mix of roles. You wear a lot of hats at this job which prepares you well for your career. Business and technically focused, and a real product expert type of role.

      Cons

      Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.
