      Great sales training Great products Great support

      Cons

      They track everything you do, minutes on the phone, number of sales calls, etc Promotions are limited and awarded based on this data, therefore it can become a competition of who can fake the most data. If you want to get promoted you have to weigh the options of faking data (and potentially getting fired for it) or not faking data and getting compared to others who are.

      Pros

      Great training program, and good mix of roles. You wear a lot of hats at this job which prepares you well for your career. Business and technically focused, and a real product expert type of role.

      Cons

      Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.
