      Hard work gets you paid. Heavy input will give you success even if your output is average. They value the grind, put in the work and you will succeed.

      Cons

      The aforementioned value they place on input can sometimes negatively affect those who have high output but lower input. Typically if compared in a promotional scenario they will choose the hunter over the account manager.

      Great training program, and good mix of roles. You wear a lot of hats at this job which prepares you well for your career. Business and technically focused, and a real product expert type of role.

      Cons

      Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.
