Pros
Hours can be flexible with notice. The insurance is decent at best. Life is good if you have a manager who actually cares about client care.
Cons
Managers are offered bonuses for absurd targets that employees have to meet. If you have a greedy manager, your life will be MISERABLE. Patient care is not a priority. They change insurance eligibility options and PTO caps without notice, and give the "preferred" insurance rates to whomever they want (last year, they intentionally locked me out of being able to complete my Healthy Steps Wellness profile so that I would not get the premium insurance rate). Raises were frozen for about eight years, and being the largest and highest grossing facility, we were the lowest paid. When our new manager brought it to their attention, the higher ups in corporate were very reluctant to provide us with fair wages.
