good pay good work atmosphere 90% of the staff are amazing people that are extremely passionate, they lack direction
Cons
Too many employees promoted without good training (historically) Corporate could function with way less staff Large work force have only Kingfisher experience Senior leadership have some seniors that promote old age thinking, its not addressed at there level and middle management has to manage the after effects.
