      Pros

      Small personal company, but with the benefit of being part of VFCorp so has good perks Good in house CS training and good external training with VF very forward thinking.

      Cons

      Closing down too many stores all at the same time as were pushing a bigger online presence Sales assistant wages were very low compared to competitors

      Pros

      Store Manager was one if a kind. Different from other Managers that I have had to be honest. She is very honest, has good communication with the team and she is very empathetic. She really cares about her team

      Cons

      Corporate was always late with visuals, they were never on the same page. There are ni growth opportunities.
