      I was store manager, so made my own schedule, they gave alot of payroll

      Cons

      District manager didn't know crap, was a micro manager and would sit on her butt in my stock room when she would do a store visit. If your not a butt kisser they wouldn't acknowledge you when you made your sales goals. Hard on store manager about conversion, well here's a tip, have better sales for our customers.

      Pros

      Store Manager was one if a kind. Different from other Managers that I have had to be honest. She is very honest, has good communication with the team and she is very empathetic. She really cares about her team

      Cons

      Corporate was always late with visuals, they were never on the same page. There are ni growth opportunities.
