Pros
Great people and awesome learning experiencie. The best is, of course, the cheap tickets benefit to travel around the world. Medical ensurance, two bonuses a year, countless discounts on stores and services and all the benefits of working in one of the largests companies in Chile.
Cons
It is an engineers company, so if you are not working in that area, your chances to have a fast grow inside the company are not very high (position and salary-wise). Salaries are not particularly high for UX team (designers and journalists), but if you like to travel, tickets can compensate that.
