      Pros

      Very fast paced environment and industry. Dynamic. Never get bored because the day to day operation is very intense and demanding.

      Cons

      Company is treated like a family owned company despite the its size. Chilean culture is very closed. Not easy to grow despite food performance

      A growing company which needs to take better care of employees

      Pros

      You learn every aspect of the job. One day you work at the check in counter, the other at the departure/arrival gates, another at the Lobby etc. Lots of employee training.

      Cons

      Hours of work are not as flexible as other airlines for the same position. Trading days off is a hassle. The HR department often does not provide detailed information to employee about what is expected of the job, employee benefits, uniform requirements etc.
