Pros

You learn every aspect of the job. One day you work at the check in counter, the other at the departure/arrival gates, another at the Lobby etc. Lots of employee training.

Cons

Hours of work are not as flexible as other airlines for the same position. Trading days off is a hassle. The HR department often does not provide detailed information to employee about what is expected of the job, employee benefits, uniform requirements etc.

Bad shift hours if you're not the manager. You're always going to end up closing.
