      Pros

      Coworkers were smart, funny, and passionate. Great learning experiences and the chance to make a difference, unlimited PTO, dog-friendly, loved my manager. LEAP was casual, quirky, and didn't seem to have the ego and competition a lot of other agencies do.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to put in extra hours to crunch for a deadline. General lack of process (although this seemed to be changing with time)

      Pros

      Leap is filled with some of the smartest, kindest people I've ever worked with. The teams are extremely capable and there is a focus on cross-collaboration and staying on top of emerging trends and technologies.

      Cons

      Folks who crave a lot of structure may be left wanting.

      My work won 2 awards and I won an internal award voted on by my peers

      Cons

      Quite possibly the most disorganized place I’ve ever worked. Endless meetings that accomplished nothing. They are a revolving door. A non stop hire and fire cycle. I was fired after 8 months with no warning and no real explanation.
