      Pros

      $8.50/hr Great environment Positive workers Everyone is very nice and helpful Many benefits including free tickets to legoland and a website they give you access to that lets you Have discouts to various stores and restaurants.

      Cons

      The restaurant is only open from 11:00am-3:30pm during the year. if the week starts Monday, they will give you your schedule Friday the previous week so it makes it hard to plan for the next week not knowing what your schedule is a few days before the week starts.

      - Not too hard of a job-when it comes to lifeguarding -Access and discounts for LEGOLAND, great if you have friends or family with kids -Delicious food w/decent discount

      Cons

      - Management is VERY hierarchial, hard to establish relationship with coworkers and bosses due to the sheer size of the Aquatic division at Water Park - Hard to get recognized for good work, recognized for errors based on communication issues from management -blamed for errors due to communication issues from management -A good walk from parking lot to water park
