Pros

Exposure, Quick Decision, Not a Dull moment, Market Leader, Highly Paid, Earn Great Respect in trade...This are some of the adjectives to describe the Vibrancy of a Brand called LG. It is made up of Sheer Hard work of people across the designation. Its a Live example of how Team work can bring a Positive revolution in the highly challenging external environment. At LG I have experienced the Power of Mind - Whatever you think can be achieved at LG. LG brings out all your Hidden Potential and makes you a Shinning Star within No time.

Cons

Too much pressure on Employees/Trade to attain numbers. If you are choked upto your throat then you will definitely Puke. At LG career plan is not well defined and practiced - Anyone can become Hero to Zero and Zero to Hero in a Day.

Pros

LG used to be my dream job. 5 years ago, Every good part of LG ended. They preach all day about wellness, work life balance, and investing in their employees. And they used to do just that but not any more. Their 100% paid insurance is literally the only perk and its a trap.

Cons

They take motivated and competent individuals and shackle them with the workload of 5 or 6 people while telling them they aren't good enough, not doing enough, even though they are somehow finding a way to juggle all of the immense workload. PTO is a joke and no one respects it, they will call and ask you to work on your PTO, on weekends and at 10pm. They have no shame. The compensation is entirely below the bar even with 100% paid insurance. Promotions & Raises? Those only go to Koreans. Its gone so far down hill in the last 5 years. The culture in that office is so toxic but the job market is so restricted that you can't leave.
