Cons
First of all, they have this ridiculous 2.6-year bond that you’re trapped in, and it honestly feels like a straight-up punishment. During my time there, the company had this habit of not paying salaries on time, even though the salary date was the 7th of every month. If it falls on Weekend you will get it after weekend only not before and that too if your your salary is High you will get that in Split on two different dates.
The management? Completely useless. There’s no communication, no support. Recently, they laid off a bunch of employees without any warning or respect. People were just let go, and it felt like nobody in the company cared about the employees at all.
Don’t even get me started on HR and Full & Final Settlement (FNF). It was a constant battle to get that sorted. They don’t make it easy, and you literally have to chase them for months to get what you’re owed. When I left, there were no arrears, no acknowledgment, and definitely no appreciation for the hard work.
Raises were a joke too. After about 1.6 years, you’re supposed to get a hike, but even that is delayed, and now it seems like they’re pushing it to 1.8–1.9 years. And when you do get it, there’s no back pay or arrears, so you're just stuck with what they give you on that day. It's like they completely forget your hard work and dedication.
The work culture is toxic. There’s no work-from-home option, and the leave policy is restrictive. You get barely any time off, and it feels like you're expected to work nonstop without any regard for your personal life. They even have a 3-month notice period that feels more like a sentence than a transition period.
