      Pros

      LLamasoft (before being acquired by Coupa) had a collaborative culture and strong leadership. I worked closely with global teams and grew a lot professionally. The product was solid and respected in the market.

      Cons

      Lean structure in LATAM meant high workload and multitasking, but also brought autonomy and fast learning.

      Pros

      Great people and culture until new management took over in 2018

      Cons

      Equity company TPG took over in 2018 and brought in new CEO who was the worst choice ever. He basically destroyed an excellent company and culture in record time.
