Pros
Company is in a growing field - medical records software. They did invest time in training.
Cons
On average, 50% of all new hires quit or are fired within their first year. Not a good sign! I thought they were always hiring because they were growing. I was wrong. They were always hiring because people are always leaving. I don't know why others leave, but one of the reasons I left was my manager was always changing the rules: she'd say "black", I'd make it "black", and then she'd say, "No, I told you I wanted it white." Frustrating.
