Pros
Best reasons to work at LVMH is the one on one training. There are so many opportunities to learn in your downtime via books, application games, product knowledge visits at other stores on leathers, exotics, cross selling.
Cons
A lot of people called out at the store I was so you get called on your day off many times. Work life balance is the greatest but if you know how to manage your time and prioritize then it can be ok.
