Fabulous brands; insatiable appetite for perfection and genuine passion for brands and products seen from every level of employee - from production facilities to craftsmen, right up to board members.
Cons
Lack of team camaraderie, empathy. Vain, egocentric leadership in many brands. Extremely French corporate culture (particularly if you're based in Paris HQs/ maisons) where arrogance and loquacity are often valued over humility and ability. No work/ life balance and inflexible work arrangements mean many highly strung, overworked employees.
