Pros

Nice perks & discounts for various LVMH brands (Rimowa, Dior fashion, Fendi, Givenchy...) Looks good on your resume Cool training/development workshops in NYC

Cons

We had multiple corporate employees who became medically ill, suffering from the burnout caused by the high level of stress, pressure, and completely unrealistic expectations, They needed to work weekends and long nights. All because HQ refuses to give an appropriate level of headcount for the results they expect. LVMH openly admits they do not pay high salaries, they just aim for the average, never above average in the market and hope the prestige will attract top talents. Completely chaotic leadership, changing their mind left and right Internal mobility does not work well - most brands prefer to hire externally than to give someone from a sister brand a chance. It's just completely toxic with no recognition. Do not stay more than 2 years if you don't get a mobility, leave the Group
