Work culture is terrible - Solution Engineer LabVantage Employee Review

The work culture is extremely terrible. You are dumped with as many projects as the management deems fit leading to very poor work-life balance. You are expected to be available for meetings throughout your waking hours and this applies to especially the Indian employees. Most of the project managers are based out of the US due to which they schedule the meetings as per their own convenience without giving a thought a about the personal time of the employees.
